During the Holidays there is usually a lot more food available than at other times. So, how do you handle all of the extra opportunities to "stuff your face"?
When I was younger, I was a binge eater during Holidays. Now that I'm older, I get sick if I eat too much, so I eat in moderation, but I try to indulge in food items that I can't usually get at other times of the year. (like eggnog)
