    No download button?

    Hey, how come some of the chapters are missing the download button?

    I don't always have wifi, so I download chapters at hot-spots and read them offline. Is there a specific wait time for it?

    All Naver webtoons have no download buttons and are only available on IRC. This has nothing to do with wait time.
